This User Policy (“Policy”) governs your access to and use of Yativo.com, a product of Zee Technologies (“Yativo,” “product,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Yativo, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must not access or use Yativo.

This Policy applies to all users of Yativo, including but not limited to individuals, businesses, and any other entities that access or use Yativo (“users” or “you”).

Yativo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Yativo solely for your internal business purposes. You must not:

  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices displayed on or in Yativo.
  • Use Yativo to transmit, distribute, or store any material, payment or service that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Use Yativo in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations or infringes upon the rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Yativo or any related systems or networks.

Intellectual Property:

Yativo and all content, features, and functionality thereof are owned by Zee Technologies or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You must not use any trademarks, logos, or service marks displayed on Yativo without the prior written consent of Zee Technologies.

User Content:

You may have the opportunity to submit, post, or transmit content through Yativo (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Yativo a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with Yativo and Zee Technologies’ business operations.

Third-Party Services:

Yativo may integrate with or allow you to access third-party services. Your use of any third-party services is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the respective third parties. Yativo is not responsible for any third-party services or their content, features, or functionality.

Third-Party Services:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yativo, Zee Technologies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of Yativo, violation of this Policy, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

YATIVO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZEE TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability:

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEE TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF YATIVO OR THIS POLICY, EVEN IF ZEE TECHNOLOGIES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Limitation of Liability:

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEE TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF YATIVO OR THIS POLICY, EVEN IF ZEE TECHNOLOGIES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be exclusively resolved by the courts located in Region Metropolitana, Chile.

Modifications to Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time, effective upon posting the revised Policy on Yativo. Your continued use of Yativo after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
