Yativo End-User Policy

Yativo End-User Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to Yativo. By accessing or using Yativo’s products and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

  • “Yativo Services”: The software, systems, and services provided by Yativo, including but not limited to [describe specific services].

  • “User”: Any individual or entity accessing or using Yativo Services.

  • “Partner”: Companies or entities that integrate their services with Yativo Services to offer combined functionalities to their customers.

  • 4.2 You agree not to use Yativo Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

  • 4.3 Yativo reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of Yativo Services with or without notice.

5. Fees and Payments

  • 5.1 Use of certain Yativo Services may be subject to fees.

  • 5.2 All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • 5.3 Yativo reserves the right to change its fees at any time, with reasonable notice to you.

7. Electronic Communications

  • 7.1 By using Yativo Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yativo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use Yativo Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Providencia, Chile, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to the Agreement

Yativo reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by email. Your continued use of Yativo Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
